With the ambition of wanting to earn big money and learn to be more independent in this society is the basis of why i join the insurance industry. However, there are so many agencies and organisation in the insurance industry and yet why did I choose Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) as the ground and stepping stone in this challenging career ahead?

I joined Peter Tan Organization (PTO®) in 2007 and at that time the base camp was held at a chalet of a country club. During the camp, Mr Peter Tan had shared his story of how he got into this line. Then, he shared about the 5 pillars of Peter Tan Organization (PTO®). And the most impactful part of his talk that really touches me is the story about the old woman along the cold winter street of London whom he gave every single cents from his wallet to. No ordinary financially poor man can do this even he really wants to help her.

“ The Poor can always be happy himself, but those people around him might not be as happy as he thought would be”. This sentence which Peter Tan said gave me a great impact. Through that, I really feel that this is definitely the organisation which I am going to build my career in, with a compassionate, ethical and family orientated Boss, Peter Tan, will definitely comes a conducive, productive and self- enriching environment for me to work and grow in.
